What you’ll learn

  • This module sets the stage by helping you clarify your motivation, strengthen breath control, and align your thoughts and language with your goals. You’ll learn how to define success on your own terms and develop an internal foundation that sustains you through both victories and setbacks.

  • This module explores how to use breath as a performance tool—not just for relaxation, but for increasing resilience, enhancing endurance, and improving race-day execution.

  • This final module prepares you for mental and emotional readiness when you need it most. You’ll develop tools to stay calm under pressure, execute with confidence, and reflect in a way that fosters long-term growth.

Course FAQ

  • Where Spirit Meets Sport is for athletes and active individuals who are working toward a personal or competitive goal — whether that’s preparing for a race, chasing a personal best, aiming for an FKT, or simply elevating their performance with greater intention. If you’re seeking a more holistic, sustainable path to success, this course is for you.

  • Not at all. All practices and concepts are taught in an accessible, athlete-centered way. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have experience with mental training, you’ll find tools you can immediately apply to support your focus, resilience, and emotional regulation on your path to your goal.

  • Where Spirit Meets Sport helps you align your mental, emotional, physical, and energetic systems to work with you, not against you. By integrating breathwork, mindset techniques, and conscious recovery strategies, you’ll build greater clarity, confidence, and adaptability — essential traits for achieving peak performance when it matters most.

  • Where Spirit Meets Sport is intentionally self-paced and designed to be absorbed slowly. With three content-rich modules and 2–3 lessons in each, it’s recommended to spend at least one week per lesson to fully integrate the teachings and practices. Rather than rushing through, the course invites you to move at a rhythm that supports reflection, embodiment, and sustainable growth alongside your training or daily life.
