Conscious Breathwork + Yoga Nidra: Throat Chakra — From Guilt to Speaking and Living Your Truth
This workshop explores the psychology of the throat chakra and the movement from guilt and self-silencing toward authentic expression and living in alignment with your truth.
We’ll begin with a short talk on the throat center and how communication and self-expression influence our emotional well-being. From there, you’ll be guided through an active breath practice designed to activate and clear the throat center.
As the breath practice winds down, we will transition into a short Yoga Nidra to support relaxation and integration.
Time will be held at the end for optional sharing and reflection.
No experience is necessary. Come comfortable and bring anything that helps you rest easily. Props will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring an eye mask if you prefer. You may also wish to bring a journal for notes during the opening talk or reflections afterward.
