  • Where Spirit Meets Sport is a self-paced online course that helps athletes integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and mindset strategies into their training. Designed to support both performance and personal growth, this course blends Eastern and Western practices to help you stay grounded, intentional, and fulfilled—on and off the course.

    What’s included:

    • 3 self-paced modules with 2–3 lessons each

    • Guided breathwork recordings to support real-time integration

    • Weekly e-mail access to check in with Karen

  • A 40-day reset designed to align your efforts with your deepest intentions through a simple daily practice and meaningful reflection. The structure is intentionally light yet impactful—giving you the flexibility to move at your own pace while staying supported with full access to email communication throughout.

    • Two 30-minute coaching sessions to set the foundation and integrate the work
    • A personalized recorded practice
