A simple Saturday morning practice to help you return to center.
This is a weekly offering, with sessions held each Saturday. While this listing appears once per month, you’re welcome to join any Saturday that feels aligned—simply reserve your spot using the scheduling link below.
Each session blends elements of Kriya, breathwork, and/or Yoga Nidra to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and ease.
No two sessions are exactly the same—this is an intuitive space guided by what feels most supportive in the moment.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.
Donation-based ($10–20 suggested). All are welcome.
Class length will vary between 30–45 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes available for optional reflection.
