My approach
I embody what I teach—living my work through daily practice, continued study, and lived experience. With a foundation in Human Performance and Sports Psychology, my path led to a 13-year career as an elite cyclist before evolving into mentorship and holistic coaching. My approach blends science-based Western cognitive theory with Eastern energetic traditions, integrating breathwork, mindset coaching, and Kriya to support deep and lasting transformation.
